Refund & Return Policy

Because most of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are handled a little differently from standard retail items. Please review the details below before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All custom beanies and made-to-order items are produced specifically for your project.For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • incorrect size or quantity ordered by the customer
  • design or logo issues after final approval
  • changes of mind after production has started

Before production, we always provide a mockup or confirmation to make sure everything is correct.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.This includes:

  • manufacturing defects
  • wrong item delivered
  • printing or embroidery errors not matching the approved design

Please contact us within 5–7 days after delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • a partial refund
  • or a full refund

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be updated or canceled before production begins.Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the products.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.
