The minimum order quantity for custom hats is 12 pieces. This allows small brands, teams, clubs, schools, and businesses to order custom hats without committing to a large production run.

For a minimum order of 12 pieces, most custom hat styles cost approximately $10.50–$22 per hat. For larger orders, unit prices can be as low as approximately $3.50 per hat. The final price depends on the hat style, quantity, decoration method, logo complexity, and number of logo locations.

We offer baseball caps, trucker hats, rope hats, 5-panel hats, performance hats, and other custom styles. Available options include different crown shapes, panel constructions, brim styles, materials, colors, and closures. Tell us how the hats will be used, and we can recommend a suitable style for your project.

Available decoration methods include flat and 3D embroidery, woven patches, printed patches, leather patches, PVC patches, heat transfer, and puff printing. Embroidery provides a classic, durable finish, while patches and printing can accommodate detailed or multicolor artwork. We will recommend a suitable method based on your logo, hat material, and preferred appearance.

Yes. We provide a free digital mockup so you can review the logo placement, colors, and overall layout before production begins. Physical samples are also available upon request. The sample cost and lead time depend on the hat style and decoration method and will be confirmed before the sample is made.

Standard production usually takes 3–4 weeks after the order is confirmed and the artwork is approved. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and delivery method. Physical sampling will add time to the overall schedule. If you have a fixed event date or deadline, let us know before ordering so we can confirm the available production schedule.
