Custom beanie prices currently range from $2.60 to $23.57 per piece. The final unit price depends on the style, quantity, material, decoration method, and optional lining or packaging. We confirm the complete price before production.

Cuffed beanies provide a classic fit and visible logo area. Pom pom styles suit winter events and team merchandise, brim beanies add a short visor, and earflap styles provide extra coverage. We can recommend a style based on your use, artwork, and budget.

Logos can be added with embroidery, woven or leather patches, woven labels, or jacquard knitting. Embroidery suits clear logos, patches and labels retain finer details, and jacquard incorporates artwork into the knit. We recommend the method after reviewing your artwork and chosen style.

Common materials include acrylic, cotton, wool blends, recycled yarn, and mixed fibers. Selected styles also offer satin, fleece, or sherpa linings. Available colors depend on the style and yarn, with neutral shades, bright colors, team combinations, and multicolor knit designs available.

Standard turnaround is generally 3–4 weeks after the order details and artwork are approved. Timing may vary by construction, quantity, and decoration method. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery destination.

Follow the care label for the selected style. Most embroidered knit beanies should be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent, reshaped, and laid flat to dry. Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly over embroidery, patches, or labels.
